Is Rust running? If it is, then it's included in the used space. Otherwise you need to close some background programs to free up more RAM.

When trying to join a server it crashes. I once got a error message that said "memory not written"

I don't play Rust and am not 100% sure how to deal with that error. If I were to guess, I would verify game files then if that doesn't work close out some background programs (make sure Chrome, Discord, RGB software, etc.) and see if that does anything.
