Advice needed if good

So I am a small YouTuber and Twitch streamer wanting to expand my content, for which I need a new PC.

Currently, I am running a pre-built (don't know the brand, was handed down by family) with an Intel i7-7400, 16 GB of 2400MHz RAM, both a 100 GB and a 900 GB HDD, and Radeon RX 570 Graphics. I can play many games but recording and streaming is a totally different story, Minecraft and Roblox are the only games I can stream or record, of the former only versions from 2016 and earlier run smoothly and of the latter I'm lucky if I get 40fps.

I've found a pre-built on a German PC Store with a Ryzen 5 4500 CPU, 32 GB of 3200MHz RAM, a 1 TB SSD and an RTX 3060 8 GB for 799.90€ (850USD, 1175CAD), first of all, is this a good price and secondly, is this a little overkill?

Of course Minecraft and Roblox will run perfectly on this even on stream, but I want to expand to other, more demanding, games like Cooking Simulator, Fernbus Simulator or Satisfactory (if you know any of these).

 

Otherwise, any recommendations what I could buy for a cheaper price at similar performance? My budget is 1000€ (1050USD, 1470CAD) max, but of course it'd be nice if I'd get something for a lower price. I don't trust myself building a PC, so a pre-built would be good.
