QR4Office has Hijacked my Word Live >:(

My lil bro was playing around with add-ins on word and apparently this one decided to fuck with me EVERY SINGLE TIME i open Word Live.

if you're wondering why i use word live its cause of college and apparently my education account can't work on 2 devices at the same time.

 

Any idea of how to get rid of it or just make it stop popping up?

Open a incognito window, is the addin still there? If no then just do the thing at the bottom of the page.
