Bluetooth Issue

So I recently upgraded the WiFi Card in my laptop to an Intel 7260 dual band ac card & tried to install the Bluetooth driver as Bluetooth 4 is supported. But the Bluetooth Software Downloader just says "Please Plug in or Turn on your Bluetooth device" when it tries to find the card. I don't have a lot of experience with Bluetooth so am I missing something?
