Why trade that in? The hd5500 graphics are faster than the vaio.

 

Also what vaio is it? Laptops are SUPER locked down with gpu replacements. Sony is VERY notorious for this so basically it's the gpu's the series came with or nothing.

 

Since this is a older vaio from the sounds of it it might also just flat out be cheaper to get a newer used faster laptop.

Euhh id not do that

 

As currently they dont have one that doesnt overheat due to their focus on thinness over all else

 

And thy arent exactly cheaper anyways

 

A legion 5, asus g15,... are all better laptops overall
