Hey all,

Recently switched out my PSU on my build after getting a noisy fan on my previous one. On my old PSU i never had any issues regarding power related controls. For context, I had Windows 10 set up so that pressing the power button while the system is on would shut down the system, I LOVED having this.

However recently I swapped my PSU out for a Be Quiet! Straight Power 11 750W and the power button does absolutely nothing when the machine is on. I've also noticed both posting and powering down the machine takes longer (sometimes taking up to 5 minutes to power down after windows has already finished it's power down sequence). It's also hangs from time to time on the display letting you know the hot keys for opening the bios, selecting boot device, etc.

I should also mention that I've had issues with my motherboard not acknowledging expansion cards on some slots (every so often it swaps which pcie slot it likes to recognize).

Any ideas on what could be causing this issue? Is it possible the PSU has nothing to do with this and it's a mobo issue?

(Side note: Yes, I have double checked to make sure Windows still has the power button press set to shut down)
