So i just put together a new PC and i dont seem to get any display output. It seems to boot just fine and i dont recieve any POST codes, i did notice that the CPU light on my MOBO is illuminated in red.

These are my specs

MSI Pro Z690-A

650W PSU

3060 Ti

i5 13400F

DDR5-4800 RAM

Things i tried so far :

Removing the GPU and plugging display cables straight in the MOBO

Removing and inserting the CMOS Battery

Placing the RAM Modules in different slots and running it with only 1 module

Did you flash a compatible bios?

A 13th generation CPU can't work on a 600 series motherboard unless a compatible bios (or newer) is flashed.

usually having the cpu led on is an indication that it has not got past initiating the cpu, therefore it has not booted.

as mentioned by 191x7...bios

if its on compatible bios then

check cpu socket for anything wrong, bent pins etc

loosen off cooler slightly

but lets hope its just the bios

I am having similar issues, but with a 700 series board. CPUs are the part that the sucks the most about PC builds.
