Which  realtek  driver should i keep or update.

1)the one which  are installed by windows update ( 2016 drivers )

 

2)motherboard cd drivers i have asus h81-cs and it has 2016 drivers i think same as windows was installing

 

3) official realtek site drivers it has 2023 drivers

 

Integrated Lan: model RTL8111GR gigabit lan controller

Ok i tired what windows has installed + online Latest version which is available  both are working fine i don't see any performance diffrence between them looks like same so why is it require to download the latest version that too your model is not listed in supported devices
