GPU fan does'nt stop

My Gigabyte 3070 OC has three coolers. When I start the game, the far right fan spins to max. At the same time, the other two have a much lower speed. After shutting down the game when the GPU is cold, the third cooler does not stop. It keeps spinning at maximum speed. Until I turn off the PC. Even rebooting doesn't help.
Sometimes this fan starts to fly even without load (undervolting helped here). I can't adjust. Any advice before taking it in for service?
