Problem with pc

I got a 3080 64 gb trydentz royals ryzen 9 5900x aio 2 fin cooler but i can't play games for some reason my pc keeps restarting when i start a game I have checked my temps and tryed a new psu

Also in addition to what Duke asked, did this just start to happen or did you change something? Maybe you did an update on your system?

What drivers are you using?  Make sure you use all vendor supplied drivers, not the stuff windows installed. Also make sure to turn off driver updates on windows update. 

Verify the GPU power cables are firmly attached to the card and the psu. You are using 2 dedicated power cables correct?  Not the cable with the built in splitter?
