Whenever I try to play cod my game has frame drops and slowly gets better after some time but never goes completely away I've tried some settings but nothing seems to work does anyone here know anything (I have an rtx 3060 ti and an I5 10400f)

What are the temperatures on the GPU and CPU while gaming?  When you mean framedrops that slowly get better, are we talking going from lets say stable 100fps then down to 45fps and slowly back to 100 over a few seconds or minutes?

Monitor your gameplay with msi afterburner to deduce the problem when you notice some abnormalities in your hardware utilization

Yes and sometimes it can happen many times in a row within seconds
