Htc one vs note 3

So i dropped my offbrand phone and now its screen is dead and i need a new phone. Since i dont wanna wait two months for a new /repaired one to come i'll buy a new(used) phone. 
 

What do i with my phone  (in order from most used to least):

-watch tv series

-watch youtube videos

-use email

-browse web(9gag,facebook,LTT,Reddit..)

-Phone calls and texting

-play some games..(just in school, 'cause i got nothing better to do:D)

 

I can get them for around the same price give or take 15€

 

Im leaning towards the note 3 because of its larger screen and faster cpu and more ram, but i've heard nothing but good stuff about the One.. 

 

Your opinion?

Now when you are talking about the htc one do you mean the M7 or the M8?

Note 3 will be better in all of the things you just mentioned

I was thinking of the M7 because the M8 is too new and too expenisve here, my budget is around 250€ and im buying a USED phone.. 

 

I can get a like brand new M7 for 235€ and note3 for 260€

If it's the M7 get the Note 3 because the M7's battery life is pretty bad for what you are using it for you consume a lot of media, the only I think would be good for media consumption for the M7 is the Boomsound speakers and in my opinion a better quality (by quality I mean color) display. But I would recommend the Note 3

So after talking to the note 3 guy, i discovered that the phones model number is SM-N9006. After a quick google search only results i get is that the phone is a copy.. a very good copy but an unofficial copy nontheless, im kinda split now

1+1 has this stupid invitation thingy.. otherwise is a phone to consider, if i figure out how to get one

also slovenia isnt on the launch list of the phone..
