Western Digital RMS

So I'm getting an RMA for a 4TB hard drive for bad sectors (SATA port broke with little to no pressure applied to it.) The only problem I'm having is that I have no idea how they want me to package this thing.

 

Has anyone done a standard RMA with them before? I've heard great things about WD but I just find that their packaging instructions are misleading.

I hate their RMA system. I packaged my HDD really shitty-ly and they accepted it and said they were sending me a new one. I never got the new one. They don't care about packaging. Just be reasonable about the packaging.

But they show a premailer, then say that you need to attach an RMA label... I know I'm supposed to write my RMA number on three sides of the box but I'm just confused.

You basically take the label. Print it out. And stick it in the box. Write the RMA number on 3 sides of the box. Than mail it off.
