Need help finding hotspot solution

We have an off grid hobby vegetable farm and would like to use cell signal to create a network to control various wifi enabled devices and cameras. Not sure if there is a product that we can add a sim card that would allow us to remotely access these devices. Currently we have a exterior long range router that allows us to control all the devices locally. Cell service is spotty and was hoping there would be the ability to have external antenna for the cell signal.

Appreciate any suggestions!

Why not roll with something like Starlink and have usable satellite internet instead of spotty cell service?

It was considered but we dont need high speed low lantancy for our application. We already have an unlimited data plan making it more cost effective to use cell service.
