Weird lines appearing around apps.

This is my first time posting here so sorry if I don't have all the required things. I have this issue with my HP laptop where on certain applications these lines appear around almost everything. When I move my cursor over them they tend to disappear but then slowly start to grow back. I first started having this issue on the Curse Forge app and the Outplayed apps but then started to happen to others. I recently updated from Windows 10 to 11 and still having these issues. I tested the same apps on my desktop and the apps worked as normal. I did a little research and what I found is people were saying its the screen that needs replaced, the gpu is going bad or the app has issues. I knocked out the problem of the screen going bad as these lines also appear in screen shots.

NIVIDIA GeForce 1660 ti

 

Edit: figured out the issue, I had to turn on NIVIDIA's image sharpening.
