I have a pc with an i5 10400f and a zotac 3060 ti but whenever i try to play a heavy title like call of duty my game lags to the point where i cant play and i have tried doing something like redownloading the game type of thing but didnt work can anyone help me

Can you check the processors and graphics cards temperature?  You can download MSI afterburner or HWinfo64 to do so.

Please describe the actual problem in more detail. "Lag" is something that happens because of network latency, but people just use it as a term for any sort of performance problem.

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

What resolution and framerate do you play games on? Vsync, frame limit, etc?

It has the type of lag that just makes the game lose some frames for example and makes it so annoying and only stops after I'm in a game for like 5-8 minutes and sometimes may take multiple matches

And the thing is every match is 10 minutes so basically I'm playing with constant "lag" that just gets better over time on its own that's the only thing I've noticed, I tried using vsync today didn't really do anything
