TLDR: I'm building a PC in an old broken Coca-Cola can fridge and want ARGB support for the aesthetics.  Which platform offers the cheapest motherboard that supports this feature?

It's a project that's been on the backburner for a while, and is still going to take some time to complete, but I'm working out the details now and need an ARGB header to make the vision come to life.  Unless there's a USB controller that has evaded me I need to plan which platform I should be looking out for deals on. (The ARGB controller from cooler master seems to be a hub still reliant on an ARGB header on the board unless I'm mistaken?)
Current plan is B550 on AM4, but I haven't done a lot of compatibility checking on the intel side yet; AM4 builds still seem to be best bang-for-the-buck overall here.  Any advice appreciated!  Will post pics in the appropriate sub-forum when this project is completed!

Corsair RGB stuff use Corsair hubs connected through a USB port. It's all proprietary and tends to be expensive.

Asrock likely offers the most inexpensive motherboard with at least one Polychrome (Asrock RGB and A-RGB lighting protocol) header.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
