Moving forward

Tic-Tac

Would like to finally make some upgrades in terms of CPU and Motherboard and I would like to see your opinions 馃檪

Below is my current setup and it's with 32GB of RAM, not 16GB as shown.

Was thinking about 13600K and some good motherboard that can support DDR4 RAM as well. For GPU, I would go for RTX 4070 Ti for now.

Since you have a high resolution display I'd only do GPU for now. CPU is still decent, unless you want to focus on more cpu intensive tasks.聽

This thing could take a 6800xt or a 3080 and roughly double it's framerate in games.聽 If you are in the U.S. those go for about $500 on eBay.

And with a 100Hz display any faster GPU is a kind of a moot point.聽 100fps still looks great, especially at 3440x1440, so I wouldn't bother replacing it.

So yeah, you should be able to be pretty well set for about $500.

I edit the shit out of my posts.聽 Refresh before you respond.

I would like to go with 4000 series for GPU and I'm afraid my CPU will be a bottleneck, that's why I'm considering CPU+MoBo upgrade as well.聽 馃檪
