Mainboard led gets stuck

I have an aorus z790 elite AX and a month ago i switch my gpu from amd to Nvidia since then twice a week my Mainboard led gets stuck on VGA if anybody can help i would be thankful.

I'm on f3l but i THINK i also had it on f2

Try manually set the Graphics link speed to PCIe 4.0 instead of Auto?

I can try but i only know if it worked in 4days
