Issues with Wi-Fi

I live in India, using Airtel Xstream Fiber, for the last one year or so, some of the banking apps, social media apps(WhatsApp not loading profile pictures, Instagram not working or refreshing sometimes), YouTube(not loading or refreshing new content, but when i load it with mobile data and then switch to WiFi, it works), and other service providing apps doesn't work well with WiFi at all, even online games sometimes doesn't work, when i switch to Jio Mobile data, it starts working properly, i have to constantly switch to mobile data for making these apps work, It's happening with my other family members as well, i have called ISP service several times and by the looks of it, even they have no idea whats going on, which is rather annoying. WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO NOW?

 

EDIT: I HAVE DUAL BAND DUAL ANTENNA NOKIA ROUTER PROVIDED BY ISP

Change DNS to something else. 8.8.8.8 (google), 1.1.1.1(cloudflare).

bro its not working, I've tried cloudflare DNS, i think it slowed down the speeds as well in application usage, but not in fast.com speed check, we can say nothing changed, now what?

Change it to google then. set  8.8.8.8 as primary DNS and 8.8.4.4 as secondary DNS.
