No Power

I just case swapped an ITX pc and I am not getting any power anywhere, no leds, no fans nothing. Here is what I have tested so far.

 

- wall power is good (plugged another pc in and worked fine)

-power cable is good (used it to power another pc)

-bypassed the internal power extension and no change

-shorted the power pins with a screw driver and nothing

-took the power supply out and it worked on another pc

 

I am at loss i don't know what to check next, and I am afraid that this might mean I have a bad mother board and I don't really have a way to check that. But this system was just working so I'm not sure what could have caused that.

 

Here are the system specs:

 

-i9-9900k

-RTX 3070

-ROG Strix Z390-I Gaming

-G-Skill 2x16 2666

-EVGA supernova 650 GM SFX

-Lian Li A4 H20

-Samsung 970 evo plus 500gb and 1tb

Are all motherboard power connectors securely plugged in?

Is your ATX power cable connected and the PSU turned on at the switch?

Have you tried taking the system out of the case and trying to power it?

 

I had a weird problem in my last case where suddenly the system refused to work, but it ran fine outside the case.

Is your motherboard installed on the standoffs in the case properly? make sure the motherboard isn't touching the case, it might have caused damage to the motherboard.
