Bad image error

I keep getting a bad image error and i have done a clean image in command prompt and windows says its all good but when i go to launch a game i still get the popup and i can close the pop-up and just play the game with great proformance as if nothing is wrong the pop-up is just annoying

Sorry my friend i already fixed it i think the file was corrupted and the error code was 000012f or something like that
