Its been almost a week this has been happening ethernet randomly disconnects form the internet only for a few seconds. Wifi seems to be working fine while that happens. I reset my windows (was having some other issues with with update aswell so had to do it anyways) and it did not help.

Any idea?

no clue... but if you list your computer hardware and router type maybe, and why do you have wifi enabled when you have cable?.. that in itself can be a conflict.

computers don't like getting 2 gateways at once.

My pc doesn't have a wifi. The motherboard  has Intel I225-V Ethernet. I am using a CAT 6 flat Ethernet cable. The router is a a cheap digisol DG-GR6821AC.

personaly i don't use flat ethernet cables as i find them too easy to break and become unreliable, i would swap that cable first.

Flat ethernet cables can be more susceptible to various issues.  I'd try another cable first, if possible.

Also, in case you weren't aware, that particular Intel NIC has had some issues.  You could try what was suggested in this Reddit thread if another Ethernet cable doesn't resolve your issue.  Yes, I've reddit read the thread and the items mentioned are good troubleshooting steps for finicky NICs.  You can also checkout Intel's official page for it.
