Annoying cmos defect

I now have 3 boards that are working completely fine but the stupid cmos is not working, not even swapping the battery will make the stupid cmos work

 

Are there any fixes for this? I got the money to buy proper soldering equipment so i dont mind desoldering the battery holder and replacing it
