Help! I can't launch my pc

Hi i have a tuff gaming a520m-plus wifi motherboard and when I start my pc i get sent to bios and i have tried setting it to default settings and it also seems like it has none boot priorityes

Did you install Windows?

Did the PC work before? What changed between now and then?

It was working before the only thing I did was open bios.

Yes it was working and the i opent bios and now I have this problem

When pc starts and before bios spam boot priory f12 or f8 depending on ur motherboard.  See if your hard drives show up and if they have a windows boot image .
