Weird chassi fan noise.

Hello, so i recently cleaned my pc, with airduster, after i was done and plugged in the pc again, i got some weird fan noise. Sounds like a motor/scrapping noise, but it’s not scratching.

I have one thing in mind, is that case fan important, in my mind it feels like the top ones are more important than the side one, might just be me.
