I want it to be custom meaning I build it myself and I get the best of the best parts

Pretty sure this is a troll/bait post, but if in some universe you're actually serious, please provide a use case for the machine, whether you want to have custom water cooling for the PC (at that pricepoint you likely do) or not, if you already have peripherals, etc. Can't do much otherwise.
