Stuck on Choose an Option screen after resetting

Hi, I Reset my pc and picked the keep my files option twice but still stuck in  choose an option screen.

I tried unplugging the pc and starting again and i still get the same thing. i tried continue and exit to windows but still stuck

i tried repair start up and it says it couldnt repair it.

anyway to fix it?

I'm a bit confused here. When you boot after the reset it drops you back in the reset screen?

Do you get taken to a blue start up screen that shows sytem restore, startup repair ect ect?
