Windows Bug

Not entirely sure if there a thread for this type of thing so i posted here in troubleshoot. 

 

I have encountered a bug i have never seen before. been using my pc as normal all of a sudden i cant use my task bar properly. dug a little deeper turns out none of my windows apps are working 100% right.

If im in settings and try to click something its like the computers pressing tab on repeat if that makes sense. ive looked everywhere no one seems to have the same issue. its not the worst bug ever but it sure is annoying. i managed tyo get task bar working by re installing some sort of language bar but didnt fix the highlighting issue. i will post a video of what i mean any insight would be great thank you

I have encountered this problem a few times myself actually.  Restarting the PC helps.  Are you using a gamepad connected to your PC?

i have done a restart along with a windows update and that still did nothing, i have got a gamepad connected let me disconnect and come back to you
