Upgrading my PC

I checked some more and came to the conclusion to either get this combo:
https://www.notebooksbilliger.de/asus+dual+radeon+rx+6750+xt+oc+12gb+grafikkarte+780442 Radeon RX 6750 XT
https://www.notebooksbilliger.de/be+quiet+dark+power+12+750w+pc+netzteil+703795 Be Quiet Dark Power 12 750W

Or just an RTX 3060 TI, because I think my old PSU should be enough to handle it.
https://www.notebooksbilliger.de/msi+geforce+rtx+3060+ti+ventus+2x+v1+lhr+728513

What would be the better deal?

Get the 6750xt + dark power combi

Budget (including currency): max. 1000€ (Euros)

Country: Germany

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Gaming, Hogwarts Legacy, Star Wars: Jedi Survivor (pretty high end stuff)

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):
Current Specs: https://de.pcpartpicker.com/list/qWd2sL
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600

CPU Cooler: Be Quiet Pure Rock Slim

Motherboard: MSI B450 Tomahawk Max

Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2x 8GB)

GPU: GTX 1060 6GB

Power Supply: Thermaltake Smart 500 W 80+

and some storage and a mid tower case (does not really matter much, maybe gpu size of the case)

I am looking to upgrade my system to play some newer games like Hogwarts Legacy or Jedi Survivor when it comes out.

I think most of my setup is still okay (CPU, Motherboard and Power Supply), but I can use an upgrade to my GPU and maybe Memory. (right?)

A thing to notice is, that I have a dual monitor setup where one of them is an ultra wide monitor (3440x1440), so I guess I need a little beefer GPU than normal for that right?

Can I get away with an RTX 3060 TI or do I need something better for that ultra wide monitor?
And should I get a Memory upgrade?

I looked more into it and the 6700 xt requires an 8 pin and a z pin power connector.

I don't think my current power supply can do this, is this the reason I need a new one?

Your current psu is a known bad unit. It wont blow up your pc but it also wont prevent any electrical damage.

Regardless of the upgrade it should be replaced
