how to know if my graphics card heatsink is tight enough? 5700xt mech oc hot and loud -

Say, if i dont have the appropiate screws, how can i know if i have the correct pressure (torque) on the screws? card runs hot (106c@J)

 

Alternatively which screwdriver set should i buy at home depot? (wish i could afford ltt screwdriver :sadge:
