Icon Troubles

Hi all,

 

Today reinstalled everything so as to resolve the speed issues I have been having recently, all the problems are solved, but whenever I launch the downloads folder from the taskbar or anywhere else, the explorer icon in the taskbar just shows a blank sheet of paper most of the time, this is still the case after system restart and boots...

 

Any solutions?

Kind of a relief to hear this.  I have this problem too but it shows up eventually.  I think it is just a bug with explorer.exe
