resizable bar Black screen

Hi

 

i just bult a new pc and was trying out the resizable bar but after I enabled it i get the mobo logo and then the screen goes black but is not turned off looks just like when loading into a game when there is a black screen everything is fine when its turned off 

i really dont need it but just wanted to try it 

 

pc specs

 

i5-12600k

rtx 3060ti

16gb ram 3200mh

mobo-gigabyte h6110m bios is the retail version 

850w psu

When enabling resizeable bar you need to reinstall windows or modify some registery keys and files otherwise it wont work
