I have a rog b550-f motherboard with a 5800x cpu. I'm getting a rog b650-f motherboard with a 7900x cpu. Question is can I move my Samsung 970 m.2 boot drive with win10 to the new motherboard without having to make any changes or if I do what changes would I need to make it work? My windows was a clone and I payed for a key from a 3rd party key seller.

You could definitely try but doing a fresh windows reinstall is recommended when you change CPU generations.
