Budget (including currency): max. 1000 Euros, better like 600 Euros

Country: Germany

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: high End games like the new Hogwarts Legacy

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):
At the moment i have AMD Ryzen 5 2700, Nvidia GTX 1050Ti, 16GB Ram DDR4 (1330MHz), B450-PLUS PCIe 3.0x16. The Problem on some games like Warzone, Hogwarts Legacy, my FPS are dropping and i can only play on low graphics.
I want atleast to get 60FPS on FullHD high graphics but properly 144 FPS. I was thinking about AMD Ryzen 5 7600X, AMD RX 6650 XT,  32GB Ram DDR5, MSI PRO B650-P.
Do you think this is enough or way to much for my goal, also any other suggetions are also welcome.

Thanks in advance.

Grab a 32GB kit of 3200mhz or faster DDR4 and a new GPU, your current CPU should be able to do FHD 144hz no problem with the right Ram and GPU. No need to go full on platform upgrade just yet. If anything snag a 5800x3D if you really want a new CPU. The reason for you graphics issues and low FPS now is that old 1050ti and your low speed Ram. Ryzen especially 2000 series and higher needs at minimum 3000mhz Ram, and that 1050ti is really going to hold you back in newer AAA titles, I mean it was a budget card 7 years ago so what does that make it now?
