Windows stuttering/jittering while using 3D animation apps

Hi all

 

Was wondering if anyone could help explain what the cause may be for this issue I'm experiencing with my PC. When running any 3D animation app I've got installed on my PC I'm seeing open windows stuttering or the top horizontal portion jittering around and I don't know what's causing it. I've got a video here to demonstrate what's going on and here are the PC specs:

 

Windows 11 Pro

AMD Ryzen Threadripper Pro 3955WX

64GB DDR4 memory

Asus Pro WS WRX80E-SAGE SE WIFI (SP3) motherboard

Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080

Samsung 4TB 860 EVO SSD

 

Just updated the GPU driver this evening to 528.49, the BIOS has the latest version installed too which is 1003 from the Asus website. Windows 11 is up to date, I'm honestly not sure what else it could be.
