Just Cause 2 MP Issues

Okay so in the MP's beta it was fine. But now I went to play just completly crashes my PC, cant ALT+TAB out cant CTRL+ALT+DEL doesnt let me do jack I just have to restart my PC. I have searched their forums no help, people were suggesting Disabling Overlays, but that didnt help. Any help please
