Mirror windows display to web server?

I want to stream my windows display to a web server so I can duplicate the display onto cheap (and old) smart TVs by simply entering the IP and port (e.g. 192.168.1.2:80) into the TV's browsers.

 

Is there software to do this simply? If not, does anyone have an alternative idea?

You could probably use owncast, stream to it with OBS on the PC, and load the stream on the TV... There will be a few seconds of delay.

The simplest way I can think of is with OBS to get the stream going. You'll need something capable of spitting out a web server, though.

You can use Remote desktop if  You have Windows Pro and  TV Appstore has some form of Remote desktop client. if you use windows built in RDP it log out the main PC and only show disply on the other side. The better way will be Using Steam link. connect steam link and alt tab and you can navigate through windows.
