Freeze under low load

Hi!
For the past couple of weeks i have encountered a reoccuring thing: When my PC is under low/no load it seems to freeze up now and then. It takes about 1-2 Minutes until the freeze stops and I'm able to use it again. Ironically this happened while i wrote the last sentence. If I watch a Video this doesnt happen. When I say "freeze" i mean: I cannot open/close/use anything, my cursor still works tho. 

 

CPU, RAM and GPU usage don't spike at all. 

I have updated all I can think of including GPU, CPU, BIOS/UEFI, Motherboard etc.

Tempratures for GPU, CPU seem to be fine. 

 

Specs:
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600

GPU: Palit StormX OC RTX 2060

RAM: T-Force Excalibur DDR4 3200MHz

Motherboard: MSI X470 GAMING PLUS MAX

NVME: Samsung 970 EVO Plus 500GB

SSD: Crucial MX500 500GB

PS: 630W Thermaltake Berlin 80+

Tried it now. Freeze happened within 15 mins. 

It is so weird to me that i can still move the cursor but not do anything else.
