Me personally I buy MSI motherboard for all computers I build. They always work great and are reliable never had a problem with them and I have bought like 10-13 of them. I would pick the MSI over the asrock any day

YESSS! I love MSI and they have never failed me. I have a G31TM-P21 that's still running and it's on day and night.
