Color: depend on you, what kind of color scheme are you going for?

Number of fans: it's not really necessary in most of the case nowadays since the stock fans that come with the case is usually enough. Usually when you already have your computer and then you think it's too hot then you go buy some more, or you buy it to keep it even cooler and use it's LED to illuminate the case, so the answer to this questions usually isnt clear. If you want to air in your case to be as cool as possible than add in all the fan that you can (depend on the number of fan slot your case can support) but do a little planning first to see which fans take the air in the case and which fans blow the air out to keep a nice air flow.

The stock fan configuration is usually fine in a case, if you want LED fans just replace the amount of stock fans with LED fans and if you feel like the airflow or static pressure isn't right you could add a few later.

I would never really recommend LED fans. If you want to get rid of the LEDs it is much more hassle than LED strips.

Your air flow should be like this

So I take it that you have 3 slot free, which is the one on the bottom near the PSU and 2 on the side panel right? If you really need to fill it all, I'd suggest having the bottom one blow the air out, since if it's intake then it will take in the hot air blow out from the PSU since there isnt much space in the bottom. For the 2 side panel, it should be intake since it have much more space and it will blow the cool air right in the GPU.

But BTW, PSU should have a side that take air in and a side that blow air out, are you sure which side those 2 point to?
