Do you actually plan to overclock? If not you could jump down to the 4570, and likely be able to fit a 770 in there.

Agreed. And perhaps you can wait out just a little longer (about 3 weeks) for the new Z97 motherboards to be released and pick up a H97 board. It has more connectivity making it more future-ready, as it has sata express and / or m.2 connections.

Also, you are spending to much on certain components, most of which were outlined in the post above.

For the Motherboard, supposedly the ASRockExtreme4 is slightly better  than the msi z87-g45 http://vr-zone.com/articles/first-look-mainstream-z87-boards-from-asrock-and-msi/32950.html

Not really, the G45 have more 6Gbps Sata port compare to the Extreme 4, but I do saw some ppl saying that the Extreme 4 have more feature compare to G45, but generally those mobo dont really beat each other, so you are fine going with either of them. (I cant stand with only 2 6Gbps Sata port on the Extreme4 so I have to go with the MSI one, plus it look way better IMO :P)
