Budget (including currency): $2500USD (put away enough for up to $3kUSD but would prefer to keep it around $2500USD so I can get a not terrible second monitor lol)

Country: eastern USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: general work use (Microsoft 365) mostly gaming and some streaming (Cyberpunk 2077, MW2, No Man's Sky, Life is Strange, Horizon Zero Dawn, Civilization 6, Sea of Thieves)

This is my kinda my first from scratch build, I had a PC that I got from CyberPower that I took apart and rebuilt into a different case so i could sell it to my friend so the only part I'm recycling is the case (Lian Li O11 Dynamic) I'm also good on peripherals (monitor is an Alienware, aw2521h, if that changes any suggestions as noted next to my budget im trying to keep about 500USD aside to get a second monitor so any suggestions are welcome)

Thanks in advance y'all 🙂

Right off the bat the m.2 ssd is way too small.  I assume the sata is for backup and data storage?

If you want to save money, get comparable or better equipment that doesn't waste cash and amps on rgb.

I suggest looking at other fans.  Check airflow and static pressure, thickness and warranty. For that price you can do better.

I've been using computers since around 1978, started learning programming in 1980 on Apple IIs, started learning about hardware in 1990, ran a BBS from 1990-95, built my first Windows PC around 2000, taught myself malware removal starting in 2005 (also learned on Bleeping Computer), learned web dev starting in 2017, and I think I can fill a thimble with all that knowledge. 😉 I'm not an expert, which is why I keep investigating the answers that others give to try and improve my knowledge, so feel free to double-check the advice I give.

My phone's auto-correct is named Otto Rong.🤪😂

Change to 6000MHz ram. Latest Ryzen peaks at 6000 for efficiency. Apparently you'll get worse performance with faster RAM as infinity fabric changes and is no longer as efficient.

Change that Green NVME. Budget stuff that you'll regret you got several years down the line. At least get a blue that is rated like double to x4 more durability. Also PCIE 3.0. Waste of money in your case (hehe). Will be full within a year and run far slower than what your motherboard is capable of.

Fans and AIO is the most expensive choices you could make. I'd rather save a little and maybe have the spare change go towards an even better new monitor?

Without suggesting modifications to your GPU, CPU, or Motherboard...

Can save 100 USD by swapping to a Lian Li Galahad 360 AIO and get about 20 higher CFM.
Can save 85 USD and get three Noctua P12 Redux fans (model NF-P12 REDUX-1700 PWM) with higher CFM.
Can save 50 USD and get a Corsair RM850x (2021). Personally like Corsair's methodology of using a standardised pin-out for all their PSUs. Any additional cables may come free, couldn't say for sure on that.
Can save 5 USD and get G.Skill Trident Z (non-RGB) RAM that has a lower CAS. Model F5-6400J3239G16GX2-TZ5S.

Can spend 17 USD more and get a Western Digital 770, a considerably faster M.2 (model WDS500G3XHC).
