Every microphone stopped working

Ok, so I in the past I used my steelseries arctis pro headset's microphone, after a year or two I wanted an upgrade so I got a better mic with an arm and everything, it was working properly, been using the mic and those same headphones for about a year. One day I turned on my pc and mic was not detected and sound disappeared, i thought that was just a bug and then restarted my pc, everything came back except microphone. Tried repluging a couple of times, tried using a different cable (which i definetely know works) still nothing, then I checked my device manager, my headphones were detected but even the headphone microphone was not showing there. No, I did not update my windows, I did not update steelseries gg app or any of the drivers. I thought that was it my mic was broken or something, borrowed another from a friend (usb-c one) still nothing, nothing shows up no sound's or anything. Does anyone know what could have happened. I also checked my pc ports every port works just fine. Strangely enough even my mic on headphones does not get detected anywhere (which i know also works). I tried connecting every mic to my other pc and everyone of them shows up.
Also, don't tell to update drivers, after the issue started i tried to update them everything updated and still nothing. Tried some realtek audio drivers also did not help.

I wont tell you, but it looks like a driver issue

The drivers have been reinstalled a couple of times, did not help. Tried experimenting on the other pc, deleting drivers and reinstalling them and it still works on that pc.

Disable and delete all the drivers that has to do with sound, reinstall them. Copy them form the other PC, check AMD site, check the MOBO site, idk.

Check the cables in your pc, check the connectors on the motherboard, check you BIOS

I sometimes wonder how we went to space on only 4KB RAM, and we cannot fix a simple issue.
