Need Help installing framework 4.8

I get the following message when installing frameworks 4.8

 

Blocking Issues:

The .NET Framework 4.8 is not supported on this operating system.

 

Running Windows 10 updated

Can we see a screenshot showing the error message, and also a screenshot showing your Windows 10 version please? 🙂
