Issues With My Mouse

Over the past two months or so my mouse (Logitech G Pro Wireless) has been giving me issues. It stops working when I unplug it and plug it back in. I've tried all the fixes recommended to me by the Logitech Support Person I spoke with (updating driver, unpairing and paring the mouse, checking the cable in a different device, etc) It works flawlessly with my macbook and I just discovered that it works flawlessly on the lock screen of my PC but starts act up once I actually log into my pc. Not sure what to do.
