Im in an infinite loop

So my problem is that on my Dell Inspiron 7720  I cant reinstall windows 7 without updating the bios to A08 Im currently on A03(or at least I think i cant) now this issue is when I boot into windows I cant do anything at all! If I type in the windows search for anything windows explorer just crashes, I try loading searching on Chorme , crashes. I cant do anything to help it. So right now its its ni IRST sata mode but if I switch it to achi it says in the bios I will need to reinstall but im not sure if I do the the drive will even show up in windows installer dvd, as of now I cant see my msata chache(hopefully after capicaty upgrade install on to it) or my hard drive to do a fix there. So I need your guys/girls in put.

What is needed is to install the AHCI drivers for Windows 7. If there are not any drives listed put the AHCI driver on a storage medium, like a DVD, and when asked for third party storage drivers point it to the media.
