Custom QR code , with executable ??

Is it possible to set a custom QR code , that executes a line of code ? Not malicious, I just want to scan the code and auto follow my twitch account . Not sub , just follow and turn notifications on . Is that something that can be done ? Or a pipe dream ?

If you can do the process you require as a url with all the query parameters in it you can for sure. Anything that requires some interaction wouldn't be possible. I use QR codes for newsletter signups with analytics tracking information so I can see how well a given campaign performed.
