So basically my pc runs and performs normally, it doesn’t shut down when it’s working hard it can also occur when I’m just using google.

i know the issue isn’t any corrupted software because I completely wiped my pc and it still happens.

the pc also doesn’t overheat.

also it’s not a crash since it doesn’t make any noise or keeps an image on the screen it just dies as if you turn it off.

What can this be, are any of my parts fucked or something ?

please help.

Assuming you are not overclocking or undervolting, try a RAM test and see if you get any errors. If not, great, try again with XMP/DOCP. No errors, great. Then see if you have a BIOS update available.

Is that a recent occurance or have you had this issue for months? If recent, a driver update may be to blame but you would see an entry in the windows system logs before it shut down. To be safe I'd replace the PSU first. If the system really shutdown like your say, I'd bet on the motherboard protecting itself by cutting power. An unstable PSU might be enough to cause that. Now you could have a PSU that is dying, it could also be clogged up with dust or something in your home that is on the same breaker like a phone charger is causing those issues. I'd try with a different PSU first. If you have an older one, even lower wattage, it will work fine but don't play any games on it. Just watch YT or whatever and see of it is stable. If so, you want to get a new unit. You can also contact Seasonic and ask for a RMA number if the device is still under warranty.

If you can rule out power as the culprit and there are no other devices on the same circuit, things get more complicated. Did you check all the temps in your computer, not just CPU and GPU? Theoretically a bad storage device or bad memory can cause the system to crash as well but usually it won't shutdown and you will have issues with windows afterwards if it happens more than once.
