I turn on my pc about 10 seconds after boot the fans turn off for my gpu. I have an msi 3060 and it’s brand new. The rest of the pc is fine but can anyone give a suggestion? I’ve taken it out and waited till it cooled and then it still did the same thing. When I start gaming they do not turn back on. I can go into the bios, and they work. When my pc gets on the login screen where I enter my password it just shuts the fans down. I play games like fortnite, i do not overclock but it would be great if i knew that my gpu wouldn't get fried. If someone could tell me to change something or do something physically to it it would be great!

Open MSI Afterburner and manually set the fan speeds to verify they do work. This is feature on modern GPUs where they'll turn off the fan until it needs cooling. But of course if you want, you can manually override this. My 6650XT has its fans turned off as I'm typing this.

this is normal, at startup the fans do a "self test" then shut off until needed.

u can check that while playing a game with msi afterburner overlay or simply listen to the pc ,the gpu fans should be pretty audible once they kick in.

typically manufacturers set the fans to turn on around 60C btw
